HOLA. My name is Juan Carlos and I am the Supervisor of TNT Vacations in the Playa del Carmen area. I am Mexican, born in Cuernavaca, which is about one hour from Mexico City. Cuernavaca is named the eternal spring where the weather is perfect all year long, about 70-75 degrees. When I was12 years old, I moved to Houston, TX. In Texas, I completed my education focusing on the Tourism and Airline Industry, which I still find a fascinating career.
Living outside of my country and traveling at the same time helped me to appreciate the beauty of Mexico, which is why I choose to live in Playa del Carmen, one of the most beautiful places in Mexico and in the world. Playa del Carmen is a contrast of beautiful things. On one side of the area we have the Mayan World. And, believe it or not, there are still Mayan descendants who are keeping their customs and traditions. On the other side, we have the second largest coral reef barrier in the world, which is great for snorkeling and scuba diving. Surrounded, of course, by the most beautiful beaches in the world.
In my role with TNT, I am supervising the team for your personal assistance here in Playa and will be helping you to create wonderful vacations memories.
